Test Engineers - Superb working environment : Up to £30K & benefits - Oxfordshire
A number of Test Engineers are required by leading software company to plan, develop and implement testing procedures, identify and raise software errors, and track them to resolution.
To be an ideal candidate you will have:
Around three years hands-on experience in a testing role within a corporate network software environment.
An in-depth understanding of platforms and environment required to deliver test plan and design test cases to cover all product functionality.
Windows (2000, 2003, NT, 9x, Domain Controllers, Active Directories) experience.
Also highly desirable are:
Familiarity with C*C++
Mac*Unix*Linux experience
Knowledge of Perl or Python
Familiarity with Windows Server*Exchange products
You will need to be persuasive; able to communicate effectively in writing and orally; accurate and possess an eye for detail; good at planning and prioritising your own workload within the time constraints of the project; and a strong team player.
Main duties will include developing and delivering test cases to cover all product functionality; writing test applications; conducting product testing; maintaining and updating test automation systems; testing software modules.
This role is to be based in Abingdon and the salary on offer is up to £30k pa + 10% bonus + excellent benefits package including pension, health insurance.
